0Cr17Ni7Al沉淀硬化型钢种在化学工业中应用较广,主要用于制造耐蚀性并具有高强度的各种容器、管道、弹簧、膜片等,耐蚀性超过马氏体不锈钢、马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢和马氏体时效不锈钢。

热处理工艺:
1)固溶,1000~1100℃快冷;
2)565℃时效,经固溶处理后, 760±15℃保持90min,在1h内冷却到15℃以下,保持30min,再加热到565±10℃保持90min,空冷;
3)510℃时效,经固溶处理后,955±10℃保持10min,空冷到室温在24h以内冷却到-73±6℃,保持8h,再加热到510±10℃保持60min,空冷。
